A great plan for European market development

Posbank, global provider of point-of-sale solutions with presence in more than 80 countries, has in recent weeks announced its plans to kick off its business plan to further strengthen and expand its presence on European markets.

The plan, which will be implemented over the next five years, involves significant investment in industrial plants, new technologies and the creation of three brand new production lines. The announced target is that by 2027, the production capacity dedicated to the European market is tripled, increasing focus on new technologies and accelerate product development, such as digital kiosks, to better respond to current trends whilst keeping close attention to design which has become the hallmark of the Posbank brand.

All new products will be designed and developed around innovative components, such as Intel® 11th generation processors. This is a fundamental step guaranteeing the highest quality standard whilst reaffirming Posbank's technological leadership.

This new growth plan joins the already initiated territory expansion project comprising the extension of the Madrid office and the recent opening of the German branch, which will be future connection to the entire DACH area. These are the first steps in this demanding project that not only looks at industrial development but also aims to reach even more customers across Europe over the next few years.

Enzo Baratto, Posbank Europe GM, commented: "This ambitious plan was created so that Posbank continues to be perceived as a pioneer in its sector, offering its customers products that meet current market trends whilst guaranteeing performance, quality and design. We are very much aware that the work done so far has met with a very positive responses both from our customer as well as from our global partners".
